We know your work is hard in any year but this year brought astounding upheavals that forced many of you to build brand-new systems on the fly, field panicked questions from vendors and faculty alike, and figure out how to keep everything running—all while juggling the homeschooling, health crises, budget cuts, and other traumas this pandemic has brought.
