Everyday Futures

Language as Survival for Indigenous Youth in Diaspora

Stephanie L. Canizales and Brendan H. O’Connor

Cathy and her team helped me to more clearly articulate the argument of the book through its narrative arc while identifying how best to incorporate reviewers’ suggestions. From developmental and copyediting to indexing, IoF was sensitive to critical perspectives on salient themes and to the use of multiple languages throughout the writing. Working with IoF made me feel much less alone and therefore more confident. I am looking forward to working with Cathy and the IoF team on all future book projects.
